Please read through the TOS before you proceed to the form at the end of this page.

GENERAL RULES:
• Payment through paypal invoice, in USD. Full payment is required once the client is in the current orders queue.
• Client must provide image references for your character(s). If any AI generated references are provided, the order will not be accepted.
• Email will be the primary source of communication. Please check your inbox/spam!
• No refunds, unless I am unable to fulfill the art by the end of the batch fulfillment period or approved extension.--COMMISSION BATCH RULES:
• Commission applications are currently accepted via form below until X/XX @ 11:59PT.
• If your commission is approved, you will receive an email from [email protected] by X/XX .
• Please reply back to the received email by X/XX @ 11:59PT to confirm and reserve your slot in the queue.• All commissions of this batch will be fulfilled by X/XX.
Any extensions beyond the date will be discussed and approved by both parties.
☆ COMMISSION TIMELINE PROCESS
1) Client receives an email if their commission has been accepted, and must confirm their slot.
2) Client is notified when their commission has now moved up to the current orders queue.
3) Client must reapprove their commission details, and complete the paypal payment invoice in full.
4) The commission creation period begins.COMMISSION CREATION PERIOD*:
5) Draft stage is sent to client → Revisions to pose and details can be requested.
6) Finalized stage is sent to client → Revisions only towards critical anatomy mistakes, or misinterpreted character design.
7) Files are sent via gmail (google drive for larger orders). enjoy!COMMISSION CREATION PERIOD COMMUNICATION POLICY:
No response over 3 days after receiving an update: your order may be delayed to a lower priority in the queue.
No response over 7 days after receiving an update: will result in your order canceled.

What is SURPRISE / YCH?this style removes communication for editing/check ins-- a straightforward process and quicker turnaround once your commission creation period begins.YCH style: is when your character is drawn on a pre-made template I have already drawn (aka "Your Character Here").communication is limited to: confirming order, fulfilling payment, and then to receive the product once finished. there will be no edits, revisions, or progress shots!
in regards to the pixel art style, fine clothing details will likely be simplified.any approved add ons/complexity is 25% - 100%+ additional fees from the base price.
- EX: a lot of accessories, including a pet, more static facial expression toggles, scenic background etc.
• payment in USD upfront through paypal invoice. the commission creation period begins once the payment is completed.
• a commission creation period is approximately 1-3 weeks.

i will be organizing the queue for my efficiency.

myself and many clients use veadotube! i'm not affiliated or associated with them in any way, i just think the mini is so easy and neat.
follow the instructions and you can easily upload my deliverables into the software. hook the program to OBS as a capture and you're set!
