☆ INFO

• payment in USD upfront through paypal invoice. the commission creation period begins once the payment is completed.
• a commission creation period is approximately 1-2 weeks.
• if you are on the waitlist, i will notify you when your order is in the top waitlist positions. the payment and creation period does not occur until your spot has moved up to the current orders.
• no refunds, unless i am unable to fulfill your art by the end of said commission creation period.
• you must provide image references for the character.COMMUNICATION POLICY
• email will be the primary source of our communication. please check your inbox/spam!
• once i have directly contacted you regarding your order position, please be respective with providing communication!once the commission creation period begins)
→ 3 days of no response may result in your order being bumped back into the waitlist queue.
→ 1 week of no response will result in your order being cancelled and refunded.

⭐ TO APRIL CUSTOMERS:
if your commission is accepted, you'll receive an email on APRIL 3RD and must confirm your slot by APRIL 5TH, 7PM PST.
otherwise, your order will result in your slot being cancelled and given to another applicant.
→ Clients who have previously submitted a form but was not accepted due to the slot limit, will take top priority in future forms as long as they reapply again. (In the form, please mention the month you first applied so I can confirm validity.)
→ The remaining slots are determined by first come, first serve.

☆ COMMISSION TIMELINE PROCESS

1) client is informed when their commission is in the latest waitlist positions.
2) client is informed that their commission is now in the current orders.
3) i reiterate the client's original order for confirmation.
4) payment is fulfilled and the commission creation period begins.commission creation period begins
5) draft stage is sent to client → revisions to pose and details can be requested at this time.
6) finalized stage is sent to client → revisions only towards critical anatomy mistakes, or misinterpreted character design.

in regards to the pixel art style, fine details will likely be simplified.any approved add ons/complexity is 25% - 100%+ additional fees from the base price.
- EX: a lot of accessories, including a pet, more static facial expression toggles, etc.

the status is always updated on the home page.
if there is no google form available at the end of the page, personal commissions are closed!commercial business inquiries are generally always open,
and must be handled through DM @artsy_vii on Twitter, or contact via [email protected]

☆"Can you put me on the waitlist?"
if the google form is already closed, i will not create more waitlist positions.
this is to ensure orders will be completed within my specified commission periods, and to decrease the amount of cancellations that may occur from a longer waitlist period.

☆"How much do you charge for [COMMISSION STYLE]?"
my prices are listed on the home page! if you are looking for a quote for a style not offered on this site, please understand i may not be taking any commissions for it, unless it is for commercial business inquiries or handled at a commercial rate.

☆"I want to commission you but the type isn't listed on this website (ex: twitch panels, thumbnails, etc)."
i only offer the available styles on my site, unless it is for commercial business inquiries or handled at a commercial rate.
i offer different kinds of commission styles now and then, so some previously available styles may not be available while others are! you can always look through all style examples regardless.

☆What is considered "add ons/complexity" that will increase the base price of the commission:
this refers to any details that go beyond the scope of the base commission specifications.some examples include:
- an animated emote commission with animation frames beyond the base 8-10 frames.
- character's outfit is complex with many colors and accessories to work with.
- additional pet / objects / elemental particles
etc.

if your name is marked with "contacting soon", i will reach out to you within 1-5 days from when the page was updated.

the following commissions include requested modifications/add ons not specified on the base style, such as additional video editing, more frames of animation, different size orientation, etc.
