☆ INFO
• payment in USD upfront through paypal invoice. the commission creation period begins once the payment is completed.
• a commission creation period is approximately 1-3 weeks.
• if you are on the waitlist, i will notify you when your order is in the top waitlist positions. the payment and creation period does not occur until your spot has moved up to the current orders.
• no refunds, unless i am unable to fulfill your art by the end of said commission creation period.
• you must provide image references for the character. AI generated references are not allowed, you will be refused!COMMUNICATION METHOD
• email will be the primary source of our communication. please check your inbox/spam!
• once i have directly contacted you regarding your order position, please be respective with providing communication!
⭐ TO AUGUST/SEPTEMBER CUSTOMERS:
if your commission is accepted, you'll receive an email by August 12th @ 11PM PDT and must confirm your slot by August 16 @ 7PM PDT.
otherwise, your order will be removed from this batch and you can try again in the future!→ Commissions will NOT be first come, first serve.
i will be organizing the queue for my efficiency.
HOWEVER, the sooner you confirm your slot, the sooner i may bump up your order in the list as i do handle commissions simultaneously!→ Clients who have previously submitted a form in previous batches this year but was not accepted due to the slot limit, will take top priority in future forms as long as they reapply again. (In the form, please mention the month you first applied so I can confirm validity.)
☆ COMMISSION TIMELINE PROCESS
1) client is informed when their commission is in the latest waitlist positions.
2) client is informed that their commission is now in the current orders.
3) i reiterate the client's original order for confirmation.
4) payment is fulfilled and the commission creation period begins.commission creation period begins
5) draft stage is sent to client → revisions to pose and details can be requested at this time.
6) finalized stage is sent to client → revisions only towards critical anatomy mistakes, or misinterpreted character design.
7) files are sent via gmail (google drive for larger orders). enjoy!COMMISSION CREATION PERIOD COMMUNICATION POLICY:
no response over 3 days after receiving an update may push your order lower in the progress queue!
no response over a week after receiving an update will result in your order canceled. i understand things can happen-- as long as you communicate ahead of time i will always do my best to accomodate!note: SURPRISE/YCH style has a slightly modified timeline process clarified in the style section below.

however, please provide proper credit to @artsy_vii in the captions, descriptions, or commands.🚫 you may not resell, trace, alter, claim my art as your own work, and use my art commercially on products or product advertisements.i do not consent to any of my work to being used as, for, or associate with NFTs, blockchain technology, or AI technology in any form.
☆ RESERVED RIGHTS
• i may post your commission on my social media and portfolio or on streams. this includes WIPs and FINAL artwork. please specify in your form if you prefer otherwise!• i will cancel any commission where i feel i am not being respected in terms of time or communication.• i may decline any commission for any reason, such as if i feel my skills are not compatible with the request.

in regards to the pixel art style, fine clothing details will likely be simplified.any approved add ons/complexity is 25% - 100%+ additional fees from the base price.

What is SURPRISE / YCH?a SURPRISE ME or YCH style artwork removes communication for editing/check ins-- a straightforward process and quicker turnaround once your commission creation period begins.SURPRISE ME style: like a regular commission, you can either give me full interpretative freedom, or state your desired pose and expressions. please be as clear as possible if you have specific request details, surprise style may likely deviate a bit from your request! this option is similar to skeb-style orders.YCH style: is when your character is drawn on a pre-made template I have already drawn (aka "Your Character Here").communication is limited to: confirming order, fulfilling payment, and then to receive the product once finished. there will be no edits, revisions, or progress shots!(NOTE: if you order a regular commission style as well as SURPRISE/YCH, the information will be included in the same email thread! please do not use this as an opportunity to discuss the SURPRISE/YCH for reasons aside the limits mentioned directly above.)

i offer different kinds of commission styles now and then, so some previously available styles may not be available while others are! you can always look through all style examples regardless.
☆"How do I use the PNGTuber?
myself and many clients use veadotube! i'm not affiliated or associated with them in any way, i just think the mini is so easy and neat.
follow the instructions and you can easily upload my deliverables into the software. hook the program to OBS as a capture and you're set!
☆What is considered "add ons/complexity" that will increase the base price of the commission:
this refers to any details that go beyond the scope of the base commission specifications.some examples include:
- an animated emote commission with animation frames beyond the base 8 frames.
- character's outfit is complex with many colors and accessories to work with.
- additional pet / objects / elemental particles
etc.
