Please read through all information before you proceed to apply for a commission.
☆ GENERAL INFO

• Email is the primary source of communication. Please check your inbox/spam after submitting an application!
• No time sensitive or rush orders. Commissions are completed by the dates listed the style's description.• Payment through Paypal invoice, in USD. Full upfront payment is required once the client is in the current orders queue.
• No refunds, unless I am unable to fulfill the art by the date provided in the style's description.• Client must provide image references for your character(s). AI generated references are not allowed.
• Finer details may likely be simplified in regards to the pixel art style.
• Any style complexities and/or add ons will be 25% - 100%+ additional fees from the base price.

in regards to the pixel art style, fine clothing details will likely be simplified.any approved add ons/complexity is 25% - 100%+ additional fees from the base price.
- EX: a lot of accessories, including a pet, more static facial expression toggles, scenic background etc.
• payment in USD upfront through paypal invoice. the commission creation period begins once the payment is completed.
• a commission creation period is approximately 1-3 weeks.
• if you are on the waitlist, i will notify you when your order is in the top waitlist positions. the payment and creation period does not occur until your spot has moved up to the current orders.
• no refunds, unless i am unable to fulfill your art by the end of said commission creation period.
• you must provide image references for the character. AI generated references are not allowed, you will be refused!COMMUNICATION METHOD

otherwise, your order will be removed from this batch and you can try again in the future!→ Commissions will NOT be first come, first serve.
i will be organizing the queue for my efficiency.
HOWEVER, the sooner you confirm your slot, the sooner i may bump up your order in the list as i do handle commissions simultaneously!→ Clients who have previously submitted a form in previous batches this year but was not accepted due to the slot limit, will take top priority in future forms as long as they reapply again. if the google form is already closed, i will not create more waitlist positions.
this is to ensure orders will be completed within my specified commission periods, and to decrease the amount of cancellations that may occur from a longer waitlist period.
☆ What is considered "add ons/complexity" that will increase the base price of the commission:
this refers to any details that go beyond the scope of the base commission specifications.some examples include:
- an animated emote commission with animation frames beyond the base 8 frames.
- character's outfit is complex with many colors and accessories to work with.
- additional pet / objects / elemental particles.
- another facial expression or pose variant.

☆"How do I use the PNGTuber?"
myself and many clients use veadotube! i'm not affiliated or associated with them in any way, i just think the mini is so easy and neat.
follow the instructions and you can easily upload my deliverables into the software. hook the program to OBS as a capture and you're set!
